Terms and conditions
1.1. Loyalty program is subject to change: Tuco’s Taqueria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Any changes to the Loyalty Campaign will be effective immediately upon posting on the tuco.ie website.
2.1. Non-Transferable: Online orders placed through the tuco.ie platform are non-transferable between different Tuco’s Taqueria locations. Each online order is specific to the selected store at the time of order placement.
2.2. Collection Only: Online orders placed through the tuco.ie platform are for collection only and do not include delivery services. Tuco’s Taqueria does not provide delivery services for online orders.
2.3. Refunds: Online orders placed under the mistaken assumption that they are for delivery will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they select the correct order type (collection) during the ordering process.
